UX stands for user experience. In simple words: how easy is your website to use? Small improvements can bring noticeably more enquiries.
1. Say what you do in the first line
Visitors should understand what you offer within five seconds. "Wedding photography in Kuala Lumpur" beats "Welcome to our world".
2. One clear main button
"Get a quote", "Book a visit" or "WhatsApp us" — make it obvious and repeat it down the page.
3. Shorter forms
Every extra field loses people. Ask only what you need to reply: name, phone or email, and a short message.
4. Bigger, easier buttons on phones
If a button is hard to tap with a thumb, people give up. Make buttons large and well spaced.
5. Show proof near the button
Reviews, client logos, project photos or numbers — right next to where you ask people to act.
6. Make pages faster
Compress large images and remove things that slow the page down. Fast pages keep visitors.
